Dear Blog Readers,

Recently I went for coffee with my mum (and her friends), and I thought it was absoulty lovely! We went to Waterloo Tea, Wyndham Arcade, in Cardiff and honeslty the tea was amazing. I have to admit that I love a good cuppa, and this is definalty a tea lovers delight. I had the Earl Grey tea when I was there, if I had to describe it in one word it would be extrodinary! My mum had a latte, so if your not a tea lover then Waterloo Tea offers coffee aswell.

I love the fact that the tea comes in a cute little teapot and you are given a timer to show you when the tea is perfectly brew. This was so individual, I have never seen anything like this before in any tearooms I’ve visited. I thought that having this system ment that the tea tasted the best. Also, on the table there were clipborads with information about the different teas which is again very unique as I haven’t seen that anywhere else before. The atmosphere in the cafe itself was amzing with was so calm but there was also this chatty element to it aswell. Disbite the title of this post I did not have toast with my tea, I actually had cake. Me and my mum shared a slice of carrot cake and a slice of ginger cake. Both piece of cake were absoulty gorgeous, I could have eaten the entire cake! I would definalty recommend either of these cakes if you ever visit this stunning cafe. It’s ideal for a place to meet up with friends or relatives. I will definalty be returning to Waterloo Tea when I am next in Cardiff with my family, boyfriend or friends.

Hope your having an amzing summer so far!

Abbie xx
